Every product is made to order, which means we print each item individually once you place your order. Because of this, we have a limited return and refund policy. Please read carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

3. Refund Processing

Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

4. Lost or Undelivered Orders

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and offer a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, production begins, and we cannot cancel or modify the order.
