REFUND POLICY

Every product is made to order, which means we print each item individually once you place your order. Because of this, we have a limited return and refund policy. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. No Returns or Exchanges for Wrong Size / Change of Mind

  • As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Ordering the wrong size

    • Change of mind

    • Buyer’s remorse

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the issue

3. Refund Processing

  • Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Lost or Undelivered Orders

  • If your order does not arrive within 30 days (U.S.) or 45 days, please contact us at [revvedwear.store@gmail.com].

  • We will investigate with the shipping carrier and offer a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this time, production begins, and we cannot cancel or modify the order.
